The seller sold this bike to his cousin, who then dropped it on both sides several times, or high-sided it and rolled it several times. The cousin never paid the seller for it, and left it abandoned at a friend's house, so the seller repossessed it. The seller saw that the bike had been really abused, so he put it up for sale.
The bike came with another front fairing that isn't so bad, so we'll see if I can repair it. I think the bike originally had a full fairing, not just the short radiator shrouds it has now. There are panel mounts on the frame with their screws still holding plastic, as if it were broken off and the idiot cousin didn't even bother to make the bike look better.
